Experience the “Top trails at the top of Wisconsin.” Ride the Frosty Club’s 45 miles of groomed trails in the Land O’ Lakes area providing to access to popular Vilas County destinations like Conover, Eagle River, Phelps, Boulder Junction, Sayner and St. German. The Frosty Club’s trails also serve as the “Gateway to the UP”, providing access to Gogebic County in Michigan in the western UP.

The Frosty Club hosts many fun events throughout the season, ranging from a Benefit Breakfast, Comedy night, Treasure Quest, Candlelight bowling and the massively popular Frosty Club Radar Run. Check out our Events page and monitor our Announcements for information about upcoming events.

The Frosty Club receives funds from the Wisconsin DNR but we rely on donations and support from our local businesses to cover the remainder of our expenses. Please support the Frosty Club by donating to the Club, participating in fundraisers, attending our events and patronizing our business sponsors and trail map sponsors. The Frosty Snowmobile Club Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization so your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Land O’ Lakes was designated as a Snowmobile Friendly City in 2023 in recognition of our community’s efforts for the betterment of the sport of snowmobiling. Whether looking for comfortable lodging, great food and beverage options, sled rentals/service or entertainment, snowmobilers will find Land O’ Lakes area business sponsors and trail map sponsors to be the perfect complement to riding the “Top Trails at the Top of Wisconsin.”

The volunteers and members of the Frosty Snowmobile Club, Inc. maintain 45 miles of snowmobile trails in the Land O’ Lakes, Wisconsin area of Northern Vilas County. The Frosty groomer drivers groom the trails throughout the snowmobile season.  This helps us maintain our reputation for having the “Top Trails at the Top of Wisconsin.” Keep reading
